In order to get your code in the event it has been misplaced, please send an email to registration@ipatch.org including your name, computer number and email address so we can send you your replacement code for free.

Yes.

We use Paypal and eSellerate to process payments for our software. You go to our order page on Paypal's secure server (you can get there from within Paypal) or on eSellerate's secure server and enter your details. Paypal and eSellerate email us your order and we send you a registration code for iPatch. Paypal and eSellerate take a cut of your payment and send us what's left.

Just click the "Click Here To Buy" Button in the home page of http://www.ipatch.org or click on the "Buy Online" button in iPatch.

The unregistered version of iPatch shows a small dialog box when launched if unregistered, and you can't use some features. Unless you register this software, you can't :

1. Modify your credit patch description.
2. Modify your patch description.

After you enter your registration code iPatch will be unlocked.

We are attempting to offer quality products at a low price, on a ‘try before you buy’ basis.

The serial number works in combination with the name and the computer number. So the serial we have sent you will only work with your name or on your computer. Please make sure that you enter the serial number exactly as it was given to you in the email along with the name. You may want to copy and paste the serial number and make sure there are no spaces or anything else around the serial number or your name.

If this still doesn't work, try to delete iPatch preferences ( Home/Library/Preferences/org.iPatch.iPatch3.plist ). Then try to reenter your serial.

No. You buy an iPatch license for a product. The serial number works in combination with the name and the computer number. If you have 2 macs or more, just mail me at registration@ipatch.org your name and second computer number and I will send you the serial for your second mac for free.

If you have any problem with iPatch, before you contact me, you may try to:
Download the latest iPatch version from our website
Remove iPatch preferences (Home/Library/Preferences/org.iPatch.iPatch3.plist )
Relaunch iPatch.

When you send report on bug, please include:

1. Possible most precise information on when does the bug occur.
2. Is the bug a regular problem or just occasional?
3. The version of program and system that you are using.
4. Any other information that you think useful.
